REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Please note, it may take up to 7 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item.

  1. Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases are not accepted. Orders can only be exchanged for another size or refunded as online credit, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees procedures if applicable.
  2. All Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
  3. Please note that shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product, however, will be refunded.
RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.

ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
  1. To organise a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Sign into your account and click on the “Returns and Exchange” link.
  3. Click “REQUEST NEW RETURN” and select your order from the drop down menu.
  4. Click “CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN” by the product you wish to return, complete the form and proceed by clicking “ADD EXCHANGE/RETURN”.
  5. When finished, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “SUBMIT EXCHANGE/RETURN”.
  6. You will receive an email with a link for you to track the status of your return or exchange.
ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR GUEST USERS
  1. Head to the Contact Us page and select "Returns & Exchange" in the form. Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.
  2. You will receive an email with a link for you to track the status of your return or exchange.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  1. Returned items must be received within 7 days for UAE orders, and 14 days for other countries of the return request approval date. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  2. Please note that only your first return/exchange is free. A second or more returns purchased using store credits will be charged with additional fee of AED 40 for stores within the UAE and SAR 100 in all countries outside UAE.
  3. Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  4. All orders must be returned in one package.
  5. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included.
  6. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact Us page, select "Returns & Exchange" and fill out your order details in the form within 48 hours of receiving.
  7. Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.

Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, Sun & Sand Sports LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
