A: To claim warranty for an item that you bought from us, you need to contact customer support via email, chat or through a phone call.
Important to note that warranty is applicable only on machines, bike parts & bike frames as follows:
Machines: 1 Year
Bike Parts: 3 Months
Bike Frame: 1 Year
In case of collection / technician visit, it can be scheduled within 5-7 working days and within city limits.
Q: What are the fees for out of warranty repairs?
A: There would be a service charge for the technician visit for inspection & charge for the spare part that needs replacement. You need to contact us & help us with detailed information & the exact costs would be communicated with you via email.
